Huntington Beach Pier. Canon F1 and Canon FD 28mm lens. Arista EDU 400 film processed in Rodinal.
Thanks, Chris. It wasn't that cold,...mid-60s I think. But I guess the longer you stand there doing nothing but wait for a fish to bite the colder it gets.Very nice - The film/processing has given it a vintage look Brian - also looks a little chilly?
I like it a lot too. I must be getting old, but the film isn't familiar to me. What do you use to scan?
Excellent! You're really tempting me to dig the Ilford out of the freezer
Thanks a lot, Ralph. Much appreciated.I like this image. The close fellow provides some detail to what's going on and the nice line of the pier makes for a superb image.
Many thanks, Alfie!Yes, Lovely comp. I really like the angle you've chosen for the pier, lovely with all the fishermen/people dotted along it.
Much appreciated, Hamish.A real winner for me too this one Brian!
Perfectly framed!!
Thank you very much, Ron!Really nice Brian. I agree with the other folks about the
composition. Well done.
