Flower Buckets

Love it Rob, was going to comment on Flickr but it went haywire and could not post.
I do like these kind of dark tones with depth amongst others.

Thanks, Julian. There's an older feel to this image which I like.
Yes . These tones simply resonate with me, always have ,cannot be helped. The whole make up of this image is superb. Only the one tiny thing , maybe a touch more below the buckets, a slither. But really all those little things , , the obvious buckets, the bells the writing above the bells. No.19 . it goes on and on, to cap it off a window where another picture tells a story Quite what and how that, window is made, is a mystery and better for that.

Thanks, Julian. I'm so pleased you see what I see. I wish I could do more images like this. Somehow I feel it works partially because it is made from film, not bits. I don't know why that should be.

We see what we recognise I guess , I'd definitely say using certain types of film camera I behave differently , as I do using the Merrill's against using my OM-D or Canons. For myself aesthetically film is a no brainer, I cannot justify the running costs as an everyday option. I have a daughter at Uni after all ;)

I've taken hardly any, inspiration has been gone for a while now. The last ones were te calla lilly. Anyone know how big they grow? Mine has got pretty big, I have just had to repot it.

I need to get off my arse and out with the camera more I think, but maybe not a good thing to try to force it.

Never any point in forcing it. My creative energies have been occupied with jazz guitar of late. There's always something on the boil, and a dozen things on the back burners.
