Thanks Pete and Beth - the sun was shining over the fence so I had to get in close to avoid flare - so all the lighting is reflected light, and it gave me lovely saturation on the colors.

The chocolate was 'organic' Pete - so it could have some funny stuff in it - wouldn't be surprised!
