I think you are right. I have played with this for quite a while and liked for some reason...but couldn't get it together. Thanks!

I know that feeling. You see something and take a shot thinking there is an image there but it takes a while for it to emerge. I have a few on the back-burner myself. I tend to leave them to stew for a few weeks.

The dress and manikin are on a pole in front of steps going down into a dress shop. I didn't think about the dress flying when I took the shot...I just liked the way it looked with the building in the background. Of course as you say this... I wish I did.
