Love the lighting in the last shot and the symmetry in the third. The division in 3 parts works well in the first too with the lamp dividing the frame. The second shot is super too, not only a great subject but the colour contrasts work so well. I personally would have angled the camera a tiny bit higher to use the diagonal lines in the concrete to provide a lead line from the bottom left corner of the frame (but then you'd have needed to correct perspective a bit). Another wonderful series Steve. :)

I didn't quite get the photo of the boxing place. I was having a hard time because the street sloped down. Then this kid came over and started talking to me. He is a boxer there and was telling me about joining the Marines. This is what the building looks like. Sometimes I wish I had a small three step ladder in the car. Again Pete I really appreciate your input. It's just a hobby but at my age I enjoy it. I'd like to get better even if it's a long way to go.

So you're only allowed in while toting! ;)

Although I'm not positive, I think there may be a state law here in Texas that requires you be a-totin' 24/7. Now I jus' like to wear my iron in a hip holster. Some of them there more metrosexual types prefer to have theirs concealed. Quite frankly, I find nothing accessorizes both casual and formal wear quite like a Glock 19 in a holster. I'm a basic and always in style black type.

Steve beuatiful images, superb, amazing and good. Love them, colours, forms, patterns, shapes and a touch of Egyptian wall painting. These are as good as any you'l see. You must be pleased.
