Froggy Phone Home

As you can see, I'm still stuck at home with the camera. About a week ago we started finding tiny little frogs in our garden and to keep them safe we've been collecting them and transporting them to the woods next door. There is a small pond and less wildlife and hopefully they should stand a better chance. So far we have moved over three dozen. I told my boss last week and he asked if I had a photograph, but I had to admit that the kit zoom doesn't do macro and the frogs are far too small.

Then I had a cunning plan...

Well spotted Chris. It's actually a Cane Toad! The phone used to belong to Dom Joly.

Oh no!! I hoped nobody would mention the phone, but it served me well until it failed in the Peak District last year. I thought about putting Kermit on the new Xperia, but I thought the buttons suited him better.

I rescued more today - one was hopping around in the chicken run! Luckily I spotted him before the girls did...
