I'm the odd man out in this appraisal: I like #3 best. I think the colors are wonderful. (Although the vignette overpowers the garlic just a little I think.) It's as if it was shot on slide film. I also like #2 a lot because of its painterly quality.

The vignette overpowers the garlic?! I usually find it is the other way round. You must have extra-potent vignette in California!

But back to the photos, and I like the second shot. As Ahmad said, there is something earth twentieth century about it. A super set though.
