I'm pretty sure it was to do with the Worcester Vinegar Works, but what this huge kiln like structure is exactly, I do not know. (Or was that a question for others to answer?)
The brick work is also not part of the original structure, it has been rebuilt to its original shape. (Partially) When I worked on the site during the overhaul, it was partially there and the area was fenced off..
I'm sure it'd make pretty interesting photography now that it is finished.

@Dan Cattermole: I should mention that despite my difficulty seeing the ghostly figure before I do like the picture very much. It might make a nice advertising photo for the bike company.
