And I love the sense of scale you delivered in #2 with the man on the street, perfectly framed in that patch of sunlight

Thank you, gentlemen. I don't know who Paul Strand is, but will look him up. There is a lot of luck in photography, especially of the street variety. I was concentrating on the picture of the kid and also the movement of the car, I never registered the walkers. But looking at it later, they both seem to be exactly where I would want them to be. Luck.

That second has definitely worked a treat! The positions of the people and car are spot on... Not to mention the face
I can't help wondering if a conventional crop would sit better with me, but them I don't know what you have cropped out ...?
