Glass. Lamp. Window.

A Thai restaurant tonight. We were the only people in it, but the food was wonderful. I do like a bit of Thai.

DP2M. ISO 640. In-camera B&W, with +3 saturation. No editing other than cropping.

Well, no Nik or Elements treatment. Opened in SPP. I can't remember doing anything there. It was all very quick, in and out. Saved as tiff, then jpg. EV was -2, so very dark. That's how they looked on the camera screen.

Cheers, Beth.

A follow up about why we were out celebrating: Rhona got a guaranteed, unconditional offer from Goldsmiths (in London) to study Design - it's one of the top design schools, with an emphasis on the artistic side of design. Only 1% of applicants get a place. The thing is, this is an offer for NEXT year, so she has another year with us. We're happy about that, but Rhona might get restless. But she has a wonderful year ahead of her, doing odd courses, day-long classes, night classes, workshops, etc, at the art college here, and the Stills photography gallery and workshops, with no exams to worry about. She'll also have to get a part-time job!

Ivar, it's purely the camera. I just pointed and clicked. Sometimes it's just too easy. Most times, though, not quite so easy...

Good idea, Paul! I'm sure Rhona would love to be an assistant to her father's genius
