Davie, superb. I love the image that indicates the proportion of a scape by having something recognizable, in this case a house. I can only imagine to live there and have the opportunity of Landscape photography it would bring. I have a photo or two of Glencoe and know what a stunning area it is.

Thanks Julian, it has featured in a few of my photos though often as a background for the waterfall across the road :)

It would be a dream for me to be based in the area though for that i'd have to be pro with no engineering back up like I have at the moment

wow that stunning view & photo Davie, is there a bit of a Halo around mountains tops were they meet the sky?

Majestic!

Love the contrast of the snow, rock, grass and sky

That bridge in the foreground reminds me of a WWII landing craft

Glad Julian mentioned the house - I missed it on first pass!

there is slightly yeah, though weirdly not on the original :/

Did you use soft contrast in NIK at all? - that can produce this effect sometimes

Still a great shot will be sommat to do with pp somewhere, wouldn't worry to much about it to be honest ......

absolutely beautiful!

Thank you

Thanks Chris :) , no I've never used Nik software at all as I've always only used aperture 3 since it was released

I find that happens Darren , sometimes it adds an ethereal glow to the mountains and other times its annoying lol
