Yes, the reflections on the central lower panel really complete the circles, or at least hint at them. I can almost trick my mind into thinking it's moving up...weird.

The perspective and lines are wonderful, but I especially love the overall silver tone, with just a hint of colour in the posters

I don't know if anyone is familiar with Constructivism? I know there are no bold blocks of colour but the "rays" and circular lines remind me of something between a poster and a building design from the said movement.
