Good Macro Book

If anyone is looking for a good book on macro photography, take a look at "John Shaw's Closeups in Nature".

The book was written in the late 80's, so there's no digital-specific information. The author does an excellent job of covering exposure basics, teleconverters, extension tubes, stacked lenses, reversed lenses - all techniques that apply just as well to our digital cameras as they do/did to the film cameras that are featured.
