I've been having terrible trouble with my broadband speed recently. Its been so slow that using the net for anything other than basic browsing has been pointless. I need to do another speed test now things are a bit faster now that BT have supposedly finished their repairs to the line. At least it's fast enough to upload jpegs without taking an eternity.
Anyway now for something else!
I know that the idea of photographing graffiti is not new. Neither is the idea that graffiti has developed into almost a form of fine art with its own visual language and social context. However I've found myself drawn to these markings and the way they seem to go hand in hand with urban decay, an almost symbiotic relationship. Sometimes the graffiti can be mindless, inane defacing but it can often transcend into something greater when put in it's proper context.
