Hairy Rocks

Glad you like them, Gianluca. I do too. I spotted them on the shore across from our former home in the village of South Queensferry, ten miles from Edinburgh. They looked like three independent worlds, complete in themselves, enjoying the warming sun. I felt guilty for spying on them, and quickly moved on.

What wonderful textures! And I like the use of the shallow DoF.

I like your interpretation of them too, and I guess, at low tide, they are indeed independent worlds, but at high tide they will become integrated with the whole again. Maybe that is an allegory that we, either as a nation or a species, should bear in mind!
