Nice Hamish, I like it. Vignette could be a bit more subtle though. Maybe that's the jpeg though.

That's the curse of the laptop Pete ... Greg mentioned that too, will get it up on the eizo screen on Monday and tweak I think ...

Does it just go completely to black in the corners?

At the very edge yes (calibrated SpectraView monitor). The problem I think is that the 'brushstrokes' at the edges are a bit too obvious especially at the bottom. How did you do the vignette? Have a look at the tone burn set from pixel genius. They give a good graduation (in tone) and you can then brush through the bits you do want using a layer mask.

I think its maybe a little too obvious that a hard bush has been used on the bottom left but overall I like the effect but I'm into whacky frames anyway.

No brushes apart from for the "bokeh" spots
It's just over enthusiastic lr vignette ... I'll fix it tomorrow

The semi circles are quite neat I thought you had used a mask and then used a brush to change the vignette shape
