Cheers Chris ... A square crop works, but it doesn't suit Harry as well... For some reason out of all the photos I took, this one that was just snapped captured him right somehow. It was slightly less symmetrical, so I fixed that, and yeah, couldn't be more how I see Harry somehow ...

I think the framing and all is cracking.
Have you tried bringing out the highlights on it? Or does that lose the softness of the shot?
I like this a lot Hamish as well as the PP. And I can see what you mean about the crop because it is shot so high on the shoulders - that works well too I think.
Rob, that's not a pin through the paper, that's how Hamish keeps his subjects still during the shot - a bit like the Victorian head brace - it connects through to a lighting stand hidden behind him!
My personal choice would have been a much tighter crop - right down to his hairline and shoulder to shoulder. And ask him to sort out his jumper/ t-shirt next time ;-)
