Heading for the main drag

Dan Cattermole

Dan Down - The Steampunk Womble
I took this shot the other morning on my iPhone.
It/he/she was heading to the main road from a inactive junction........
I let fate take its course.......

Thanks for looking :)

Stunning image Dan! I like the way you placed the snail with no extra space in front. It kind of breaks the rules, but it works. For information, snails are hermaphrodites and can change sex according to need. A lone snail can produce eggs, but you need two for the eggs to hatch. At least, that's how it is for Giant African Land snails - I used to have one :)

Nicely done Dan, DOF is spot on as well I think. Did it make it or did you come back later to find some birds picking at some snail remains.

Thanks Paul, thats iPhone DOF for ya. :)
I didn't see the ending to the story unfortunately. There was a couple around so no doubt snail was on the breakfast menu for the birds! :D

great shot, and it's even following the green cross code by looking left :D

Hahaha!!!
Definately to fast. But funny as funk!

Great angle - looks like he/she's crossing boulders!

That's the roads in England these days, it feels like it in a car let alone what this little slime is going through! :D:D

That is really very pleasing ......... Good capture.

Pete
