Hellebore? and?

No idea what No2 is Rob but No1 looks like common old Bramble to me.

So it is...I thought it was something more exotic, but no...Still, it's fit!

Still haven't figured out how to use the Super Macro whith the X-S1. The manual says the lens must be zoomed all the way out for it to be used, but when I do that, there is no way I can get anything remotely in focus. So, I just used standard macro. Must be doing something wrong.

Are you reading "Zoomed all the way out" correctly Rob? It means zoome out as in "widest angle."

So ''zoomed all the way OUT'' actually means the zoom lens is all the way IN! i.e. contracted, not extended. Doh! I don't know why I can never read instructions correctly...my brain just doesn't work that way. Yet I can talk all day and night about dominant of the dominant tritone substitutions, Renaissance modal configurations, and Schubert's use of the augmented sixth - useless stuff!

The setting for the first shot, with the leaves forming a frame, is very nicely composed Rob - also loving the tones.
