i'm an emergency operations technician for the dept. of transportation, aka dispatcher/signal engineer/public relations.. it's an interesting job, but we work long hours including nights, weekends and holidays. on the rare occasions when i'm not at work (or trying to sleep/drink it off) i'm the happy owner of a canon 5D Mk II and a fuji x-pro 1. i consider myself fairly well versed in photoshop, made a couple photomanipulations like my avatar. mainly interested in travel and landscapes photography and occasionally wildlife. i'm from delaware but would prefer to be somewhere closer to the tetons.

i have a thing for scifi and rockets. backgrounds are mine, astronauts came from stock sites, flames and smoke made in photoshop.
