Another shot from when the kids dragged out the box of winter bits. Cant make my mind up if this is comical, a bit sinister or if there is a bit of tension between the two.

Very ambiguous. I see what you mean. With the right (or wrong) title this flips from being a fun shot to something quite sinister. Without the eyes visible there is no indication of life. Now I feel really uncomfortable even suggesting that as I know full well that it is a child (even more so as it is your daughter). If it were an adult I would have no problem with exploring the ambiguity of the shot. What a can of worms such a simple image can open...

Not willing for long though Kev, especially the youngest. Dan, I used a 1.2M strip soft box and a reflector. I have 2 soft boxes, the other is octagonal and they are both bloody huge. If I had to choose again I would go for smaller ones I think. Although there is something comical about it there is something else about it though I think as you can perceive that she is laying down as well as standing up....
