My name is Tam and I’m a wide format printer from Coatbridge just outside Glasgow. I tried taking up photography many years ago with an old Bronica camera and although, I love looking at great images taking them was not for me. I’m still amazed when I hear a photographer say “I’m up at 3am, drive for 2 hours, take photos and get back in time for work” now that is a passion!

Welcome, Tam. My wife's family hails from Coatbridge (although they are now dispersed more widely around Glasgow and further afield in Scotland) and I am from Rutherglen originally, although I have been in the USA since I was a boy.

Thanks Brian, it’s a small word. My Mum came from the Gorbals and Shettleston before moving to Coatbridge. Her sister moved to the USA in the forties so I have family in Detroit.
