I took this photograph in early summer a few years ago but just worked it up to print. Hope you like it.

This is Hidden Falls on the trail above Jenny Lake in the Grand Tetons National Park in Wyoming. Hundreds of folks hike up there most nice summer days and it takes some patience to get a shot.

Can't seem to locate the EXIF. Sorry.

Ralph, this is a wonderful composition with silky waterfall in between the pine trees. :)

beautiful shot. did you walk the whole trail or take the boat across? we did the boat two years ago in the fall.
Took the boat across the lake. Then walked the trail to the top. Lots of nice photo ops there for sure. Would love to visit again in the fall when the aspens are turning.

Great job on Hidden Falls!
It's often hard to get everything just right when shooting falls, but it does, the results are wonderful. There are several I've had to go back 4 or 5 times to get the conditions right.

Fantastic scene Ralph - is this a crop or a pano of multiple images?

Also - it's a high contrast scene, with bright white water, and dark shadows under the trees - how did you cope with that to get to the final print image?
