Saw this and thought of your work, Pete, compared to which this is a mere footnote. And every time I see the word footnote I think of the comment on the subject of footnotes by P. G. Woodhouse: Seeing a footnote is like hearing the door bell while you are upstairs having sex That's not verbatim, but definitely the gist of what he said.
