Honey Island Swamp

A few images from an exhilarating boat tour my wife and I took back in early 2019 on Pearl River, Louisiana. It took us around the Honey Island Swamp area. Whilst there we were very fortunate to witness a fair bit of the local wildlife.

From the photo, that doesn't look like a particularly large alligator (as they go), but it's difficult to get a good sense of scale.
