Blimey, it is years since I last went through Horsham. I used to pass through there frequently on my way between Maidenhead / Wokingham and Bexhill-on-Sea. Occasionally I would drop in on a certain @Dave Farnes on my way!
I have to say I don't really recognise either of these buildings although the first is vaguely familiar.

The first one used to be one my regular pubs. I believe it has been closed down and turned to something else entirely in or around 2010. The second was an antique books shop, where I used to get dusty looking for books on photography. Got a few quite cheap, still have them.
I do not believe this book shop still stands, although the building itself should be there still. At the time, it was already a 200 yrs old thing, under Heritage protection.
