Critique Welcomed I have found another love

at my age and I have decided to enjoy her companionship to the fullest and try to please her to the best of my abillity, every day. This whole year and well into the next, if I am so lucky as to be granted a good health together with her.
So my assignment shall start from the 27th of this month. I shall, every day, make an image with my lovely Fuji XT1 and just a 35mm/f2,0 at different apertures of course. Yes it maybe more than one on certain days, but at least one image, wherever I am, whatever the circumstances are. I aim not to just snap, but try to put some kind of energy into it. Whether you all shall see it, well that’s another story. I probably won’t pester you with it as much, since most of them shall be in colours. Why do I present such an idea then, well maybe to challenge many of you who at times have no inspiration or aspirations, but still could find the time to do so. We've all been there at times, - and by such a challenge, I at least challenge myself, my creativity if there is any and force myself to think. The challenge may also have a theme, but that would possibly be too much to ask from this Norseman.
Wish me luck and feel free to do the same. Not a new idea I know, but anyways….
Here is just an illustration of what I mean as it occurred to us two, ( wife and I ) while coming home from an outing.
Rainbow the other day..jpg
Fuji xt1 and 35mm at aperture 8 ISO 200 straight out of the camera in Jpeg. Haven't added anything, just cropped it a tiny bit.
so here I fly.jpg
So here I fly.

That is undoubtedly a brave announcement Ivar, knowing the affairs you have had in the past. More than many it seems, they add up, like those biscuit wrappers and empty bottles which always represent a far greater number than was consumed.
I wish you all the best and like the top image, although very colourful, that they shall represent your strong artistic ability at it's best.
There you go, flying up above and dont know which one to choose ;)

Thank you Julian for the wishes. ( Did a I see a Cornish smirky smile there? ) Bravery comes with the territory ( vikings ), or just being plain dumb:D Flying into what I may wonder, with hopefully the two companions with me. ( I am not lagging behind here ).

Serious commitment at any age. I wish you joy of it.
