..about following me because the trail is nonexistent, and...well...., there are a lot of vines with flesh ripping thorns and of course there are the low hanging branches..but TRUST ME, this is absolutely the way to go!"
It was quite foggy/rainy yesterday. That always seems to up their energy level.....(if that is actually possible).
That GR is quite a little camera. I'm still more of a 35mm than 28mm person, but I REALLY like it. I am still trying to learn how to use the little optical viewfinder since I have trouble focusing with rear screens.
I got the optical viewfinder as a bonus with the camera. B&H threw in it with a memory card. I tried to use it but unless you are shooting at 5.6 or above it's hard to use. On the plus side the screen on the back is better than on the DP's. Those are really tough to use. I am definitely an optical viewfinder person. Cathy got this little XM-1 camera by Fuji. She doesn't care at all about optical viewfinders. So I think that's generational. I loaned her my X100S. She was going to use the rear screen on it. Seriously. I cracked up. I think she might be using the optical EVF (but no guarantees...). In the Photography class they teach at work, you can hand some of the students a K1000 or the like. They hold it away from their face and stare it. You have to tell them: "Look through the viewfinder." It's hilarious!!!
