Kodak Portra 160 ISO

I'd like to try the Portra 160 film, and although my Canon AE-1P does not cater for ISO 160, I assume choosing 100 or 200 will be okay. But I'm still a little unsure of the effect one way or another might cause.

Is it a case of, the higher the ISO the more grain?

What effect will ISO 100 have on it?

I suppose going to a lower ISO number will run the risk of overexposing?

Overexpose it a bit (125). I burn my Portra 400 at 320 and get beautiful results.
