Konica Hexanon 57/f1.4

This len cost about usd150 only and the images look pretty soft and sharp which it seems to be a very good deal as I have reviewed couple of the samples took with NEX3 with 1.4 aperture. Anyone actually own this len can share your comments about this len and is it suitable for digital instead of film and the product year of it, I am hesitate whether shall I pay for it or not... Thanks!

That seems a high price to me. Not that I know anything about it. Maybe its a super-duper highly regarded lens. But did you check prices for sold ones on E-bay, Aldous?

that sound very expensive to me!! there looks to be a 1.2 version that is worth a bit, but the 1.4s go for about £50 tops!!

I just checked and there is 1 available in Ebay, the starting bid price is usd 99.95 with usd 32.31 shipping to my place. No offense but I don't really prefer to online purchase any second hand len because I cannot check and try before I pay, but anyway thanks for your reminder to check the price in Ebay

Thanks again Brain. That len looks pretty soft and sharp with XE1 and I am considering to get this len soon
