Laid Back, Going Down

I have posted images of the interesting optical effect created by the escalators on the Prague metro before I know but it fascinates me.

Thanks Paul - swoosh is certainly a fitting description. I took shots whenever there were people going the other way on an escalator - more downs and than ups for some reason - so they are on various stations. The effect is the same although Flora is especially good.

Hmmm,...with the blur and the face looking away, the lady in the last one could pass for my sister-in-law (my brother's wife--they live in Prague).

I like these shots, Pete. I remember the ones you posted before, too. I like the 2nd one best; you could cut the atmosphere between those two with a knife.

Fascinating, Pete. Prague Metro, with your interpretation, looks like first class air travel. :)

I like laid back the best - he looks humorous, and I like the fact that he is near the bottom of the frame, and running out of space as he descends, so he's leaning back in anticipation.
