I think I remembered this one because we took our two llamas (and several ferrets) to the Jubilee party on our village green yesterday. They had built a wonderful pen for the boys made from building panels. We were told they would be returned to the site today! I got a bit tearful handing some of our recently rescued ferrets to children to cuddle. Only weeks earlier Welly had been found rigid with terror having had his canine teeth snapped off with pliers. Wall-E had been thrown in a rubbish bin and savaged me badly twice a day for ten days until we got him neutered and he calmed down. Even our own care group now won't let the public handle ferrets at shows. A rule laid down by the insurance company and it makes me very sad. We were letting toddlers pet the ferrets and not a nip from any of them.
This was taken in the middle of London a couple of years ago. I was actually underneath the Millennium Bridge when I looked up and saw what could only be llama feet. Nobody else at my level had seen it, so I must have had some strange looks as I snapped away.
