From the jetty at Mevagissey. Got bored, midday, sun too contrasty, shooting net bins and chains became unexciting, in fact photography became unexciting. Flaying my only knowledge of photography and resigning it to those net bins , untying those chains, I took up the art of wobble again, in an attempt to extract at least something from the day. If all else fails, wobble.
The results.

All single exposure, shot raw. OM-D EM-5 12-50 kit lens

Wonderful wobbles Julian you should be bored more often really like this style, it works well and I'm with Pau on the third

Fabulous Julian. I really like these wobble shots of yours. And I've just worked out what the ones like the first remind me of.

And Constable for the last.

Please keep wobbling! :)

Not convinced with the first, but the other two are amazing. It's so hit and miss, this advanced (ahem) technique, but you've really hit a couple of good ones, nay, great ones here, Julian.

Thanks Rob, unlike you to not be convinced , Yes it is the airy fairy of the bunch , The last for me was the most convincing, but hey cannot produce master pieces every time :p, once would be enough.

All 3 are wonderful but the first especially is magic Julian! It clearly portrays the end point in the siege of Troy, the city's walls aglow reflecting the flames of the destruction wrought by Odysseus and the Greeks. Stunning stuff!

That makes good sense and can relate to that, thanks Brian.

#3 for me - it's like proper art Julian!

I like the abstractness (is that a word?) of the first...but I think you nailed the third one. Proof that sometimes being bored can work.

I saw the first and thought "excellent", then moved on to the second and thought "even better" and then I got to the third, Superb. I like these very much but that third one is just on another level.
Me too! I was intrigued by the first, captured by the second and motivated by the third. What a great way to present these.

Julian,
I'm down Mev (Pentewan) next year for the hols as we enjoyed it so much.
I think the icing on the cake would be to meet up with yourself for you to show me some wobblism. :)
FANTASIC work again Jules. The 3rd is my favourite of yours to date!!
