The leaf is actually in a very shallow puddle Pete. The whole surface is wet...thus the sparkles.

I think I like flow of the second to last...longer... a little better. But it's good to experiment with other eyes. As always...thanks for taking the time to push me.

I think I prefer the last version. Having the point of the shadow made my eyes drift to the left. Too much brightness at the bottom felt a little unbalanced. The leaf is stunning and I too love the little sparkles

last version for me too. the lines are stronger and it adds a little more emphasis to the leaf. but the sparkles add something special to the shot.
