been told about this kind of unique roundabout located in-between Cardiff city centre & Cardiff bay area with some sculptures / art made out of various road & traffic signs, we didn't get told it was the red light distinct ( larger afro Caribbean ladies all dressed up touting for business & waving at cars ) was hard to park & had to 10 min walk back to the roundabout, needless to stay we didn't stay long with our cameras & tripods
