Manchester Airport

The blue lighting reflecting off the wet pavement is quite interesting. Looks like you were up early that morning.

I like this Dave but for me there are two things that would make it, either an aeroplane coming over the terminal (I know that doesn't happen but it would make a awesome shot) or a 16:9 crop just to take some of the blackness out.........

and out that early on a very wet morning......:D

Dedication - early and wet, AND you still got the shot! :D

Agree with Kev on the 16:9 crop idea

Love that blue glow - awesome :)

I'd go very slightly higher so there is a tiny area of sky above the terminal building and just lose the blurred pole on the left, that might make it not quite 16:9 but I think would be better :)

Yep that'll do me Dave :D:D but maybe.....................:D:D only joking, there's something about shooting in the wet isn't there, all those lovely reflections...

I really think that last crop is super. Now, to counter balance the blue, go back and, capture a long streak of the red tai lights of a car going by. Make sure the car goes fast enough so as to not be visible, just the tail lights. Anyone want to add anything else? Ha! Ha!

Nice work Dave!

Dave and his 'Terrorist Tripod' - I can see the headlines now! :D :D :D

I got pounced on erecting (ooo errr) my tripod in front of the Whitehouse in DC.

A nice man in black combat gear appeared from nowhere, and wanted to know who I was and what I was doing.

When he heard the funny accent, he directed me to the far side of the road, and said I was allowed to set up there.

So clearly he thought that the the RPG I was putting onto the tripod wouldn't travel the extra 20 feet! :D
