Pershore Old Bridge, a Medieval Bridge that served as the only access over the Avon after the Ford further up stream was no longer used. This Bridge still has in place WWII Tank traps across the entrance to the town, they were placed there rather than on the approach side of the bridge because it would cause a bottle neck for the marauding Panzers...
