Critique Welcomed Modified Light: Blue Monday

Taken on a Thursday, but Blue Thursday doesn't have the same ring to it!

I did a long exposure and painted-in the boats using a large flashlight

Fuji X-T1 and 23mm Lens

Very nicely done Chris and quite subtle but on theme. The only indication that you have added light is in the shadow of the hand cart.

Thanks Rob - I always chuckled at the play on words in Blue Monday - I see a ship in the harbor, I can and shall obey.. or was that shallow bay?
