A couple of quick snaps from today's hike on Indian Head Rock.

Looking west toward Wind Mountain. The lack of general snow cover brings hope for an early spring.

Pink Rocky Mountain douglasia grows in dry open rocky locations and blooms within a few days of snowmelt. The bright orange lichen is fairly common on limestone. Hmmm, looks some thing besides me was admiring the flowers. ;)

Lovely palette of colors in #1 Ralph - sure looks like the snow is on the way out.

Those are some big raisins you have up there - juicy looking too! :D
