Yeah,...this one in particular with the BW treatment and the exotic and dramatic features of the Asian model. Very effective indeed.

Very nicely done Bobby. I do like this Holywood style of lighting, it can be so sculptural. I especially like the second shot and the shallower depth of field. It has the feel of a movie still.

Thanks guys, yes the idea is to bring back the feeling of the 1940's movie production stills as shot by George Hurrell and others. A little thought to truly recreate with modern digital capture as in the 40's the camera of choice shot 8x10 film and they would use soft focus lenses plus the contact prints would be meticulously retouched. I do enjoy shooting in the vintage styles though
