My county III

As one reaches the top there's always a downfall, or rather, what comes up must come down. And usually one finds another way down than up. So here are some from when we stayed on the tops as well as descended.

Well that's it. Of course there are many more things to show from my county as elsewhere in Norway and occasionally I'll do that. Thanks for watching.

The Norwegian tourist board should employ you, you're selling it to me anyway

Thank you Davie. It was mostly my Pentax, ( except for the selfish image ), my legs and not to forget my wife who spent about 4 days up there and enjoyed every bit of it. We may go again to another area in a few days. It has a very soothing effect on us, maybe that's why I like Scotland so much as well. And the people.

Fine shots again, Ivar. The second is my favourite composition. Is the sixth one stump of a tree? It looks very interesting.

Good set of shots Ivar. My favourite is the fourth one where scale is clearly defined by the presence of the couple along the road. The mountain reminds me very much of Croagh Patrick (the Holy Mountain) in Co Mayo in the west of Ireland.

Thank you Rob, the sixth one is a fungi actually.

Thank you Tom, I shall have to go to Eire to look for it then:)

Lovely set Ivar. It matches the description of the area from a guest working with us these last weeks. He is from Stavanger!

I especially like the fourth too
