Mystery roll - what to do?

Hi all,

I have just got a selection of used cameras, I have found that one of the SLRs has basically a fully shot roll of black and white film (Delta 100). The camera was fully electronic and I had no battery but managed to undo the film door in a dark cupboard and respool by hand.

I am just wondering if I should get the roll developed or not.

Will do then I have another partial roll in another of my cameras that I lent to my mate, will shoot the rest of that and send it off for processing.
