I need help (no sniggers in the back row, thank you!). On the one hand beautiful mono shapes and tones, on the other glorious rich yellow nestled in the green... I can't decide which I prefer..both lovely.

I'm still figuring out this 9-18mm zoom. I haven't figured out it's sharpness sweet spot and I'm still drawn to extreme close-ups. I suspect the novelty will wear off. It seemed like that one flower, isolated would work in b&w. I don't think that particular flower ended up being sharp enough (that's why I included the whole bowl). I probably should have oriented the bowl wrt the sun better and gotten better light/shadows,
