The one you are trying to avoid: WordPress. It’s not for sales, which I know you want. I’m not bothered about that. It only costs me £7 a year for the URL, and the first year is free, and £3 a month or £36 a year for their hosting. So, £43 per year.

Great site, Rob and nice to see the images in one place and ordered. I need to decide what to do with babelsberg-studio.com as the uploader is now dead. I still like the general format and the software engine behind the scenes is still quite impressive, but a simpler format would also suffice I think.

Pete, I liked my collection at babelsberg, but thought there must be a reason you removed everyone but yourself. I didn't want to corner you on that, but if there were technical problems, well, that's a different thing.

It is because the display until date expired on the images. If you go and change it to a future date they'll appear again.

It is adding new images that is the problem. We used a Flash-based uploader and Flash is now dead on most machines. I think I have one laptop with it working still somewhere.
