This was taken in Tenby down by the harbour last year.
The writing on the top is all Greek to me so no idea what it means;).

 
After a bit of research I found this.
"Built in 1810 as a public bath-house for the developing seaside resort. The Greek inscription is quotation from Euripides reading "The sea cleanses all men's pollution". Inside there were a series of public and private baths fed by a sea water reservoir refreshed with each tide."
 
I think it's either a House or Flats, not sure which.
