They say don't shoot into the sun. And of course we know that better light for photos is available early in the day and also later. So I have flaunted both these guidelines by shooting up into the sun at about noon.
This is a window in the East wall of the old library in Torrance, California. It was used as a library from the early 30's though 60's I think. It is now the Torrance Historical Society museum.
I shot this with the Minox 35GT and expired Fuji NPS 160 film. I had taken (and posted to RPF) a similar shot with the Superheadz Blue Ribbon Toy camera and Rite Aid 400 film (re-branded Fuji) but I wanted to see how different the same image would be when shot with the Minox. (The original toy camera image is the second one below.)
