But I managed to knock them down on price a bit due to the poor condition of the tyres.

On the plus side, the flowers should make up for the missing wind screen.....

I love the colors on the flowers. What kind of car is that?

Vinyl is coming back more and more and there are still some super films around. Portra is a great colour negative film and the Cinestill emulsions are rather special.

I have been looking a tube amplifiers and a turntable lately. I have 100's of CD's and when I think about it I don't listen to that many of them. A lot of the recordings I like are available on vinyl again.

That was the one I looked at on the B&H site. I think I am going to try it out. Last time Cathy came to Houston I noticed that she uses a strap. She doesn't carry a purse...go figure. :)

I think sometimes I have too much camera stuff. I honestly could be perfectly happy with 35mm and 28/24mm. I bought this really expensive 56mm F1.2 (85mm equivalent) lens. I think I have used it twice......

Thanks!!!! That length on the strap is exactly what I am looking for. I like it slung across my body as opposed to around the neck. The camera flops too much around the neck.

Great idea. I buy more vinyl than CD these days and, not having a TV, listen to them most evenings.

It's funny I have a TV but I don't have cable. I use it to watch movies because most of what plays in the cinema now is just not what I like. I always felt like vinyl records made more sense. I like the idea of two sides and of course the approx. 40 minute limitation. Too many artists pack way too much marginal music on CD's. I was recently listening to the remastered Sticky Fingers. Perfect, nothing else needed. They really were quite good back then.

That reminds me of my childhood, everyone was driving either Trabant, Wartburg or Skoda :) The two strokes engines of those times have particular smell about them. Thanks Pete
