Nice to see the monochrom being used more, Pete. This is a perfectly exposed shot, just short of being overexposed in the highs, and good detail in the shadows for the evening light. Compositionally, I think it is perfect. The post on the left helps provide a hint of leading lines. Fine pic.

Excellent Pete, the inclusion of the pontoon works very well, as mentioned, so does the pontoon posts on the right hand side. Compositionally the distance giving the depth of the image , for the crop is spot on.

An interesting composition Pete. I wonder, had you stood back just a little more, if the inclusion of the full intersection point of the two railings at the bottom right would have added to or detracted from the overall composition. It would also provide a little more breadthing space on the right hand side. Maybe I'm being too picky. Love the trees as they appear to meet up in the distance.

Looking at the reflection on the water I wonder if this is where you took 'Interface' too.

Thanks all.

I see what you mean Tom. I think if I'd either moved back or angled slightly more to the left I'd have included the hotel on the shore (which I was trying to avoid). This is full frame and I'm pleased I managed to get that corner lead as you have to guess the framing as the viewfinder only covers a small part of the 18mm FoV (and I didn't have the dedicated finder with me). Mind I seem quite good at guessing with this lens.

Totally understood Pete.
