Thanks Pete - not ideal as I was shooting into the light - but B&W with a red filter saved the shot, and really lifted the main structure being lit from the reflected light from below.
Those color filters in NIK (or indeed real life) are always worth a cycle through when looking at a B&W shot - it's sometimes surprising to see the impact they can make.
