Not convinced about the first, but much prefer the comp in the second. The marks in the sand are really intriguing, and the wee bit rust is beautiful.

Thanks Rob the first grew on me while processing it and in the end preferred it , yet at the beginning did prefer the last. Both different , maybe tyre marks in the first would have added more interest.

Thanks Tom, at the time there (Newquay harbour) I was trying to find areas without feet or tyre marks. Live and learn

I too prefer the second but the I can almost feel the wetness in the first. Thing I find a bit distracting are the reflections. It almost looks like flash.

Thanks Pete. Midday sun not a cloud in the sky so yes not brilliant light at all which is the cause of those highlights.
